Meet Rebbetzin Emily Dahan

Choosing to pursue Orthodox conversion is one of the most meaningful decisions a person can make. The educational journey requires not only learning Jewish law and tradition, but also developing an understanding of authentic Jewish life and values — and finding a teacher who will walk with you the whole way.
Rebbetzin Emily Dahan has dedicated the past seven years to teaching women preparing for Orthodox conversion. Her experience is built upon a lifetime of familiarity with the conversion process, having grown up alongside her mother, who has worked in the field for more than twenty years. Together, that is nearly three decades of combined care for women walking this path.
As a wife and mother of a large Orthodox Jewish family, Rebbetzin Dahan brings real-life experience to every class. Her lessons combine practical Jewish living with a structured curriculum, helping students build a solid foundation in Torah, mitzvot, and everyday observance — so that when the time comes to meet the Beis Din, they are not merely informed, but ready.
Rebbetzin Dahan is affiliated with the South Florida Bet Din and teaches students who have been accepted into the conversion process through the Bet Din. Every course is designed to complement the educational requirements of the conversion journey while remaining faithful to Orthodox Jewish practice.

Acceptance by the South Florida Bet Din
Conversion is guided and decided by a recognized Orthodox Beis Din. Classes here are for women who have been accepted into the conversion process through the Bet Din and are ready to prepare with seriousness and support.
- Stage 03
Beginning your educational journey
A structured curriculum shaped to where you are. We begin with the foundations — the meaning of mitzvot, Shabbat, kashrut, prayer, and Jewish life at home — and build each lesson toward real readiness.

Growing in Torah knowledge and practical observance
Study deepens alongside real, lived practice. Ideas become habits; texts become companions. We move at a pace that lets each step become truly yours, until Jewish life feels natural, not performed.
